Your cat is floating into the atmosphere and you are the only one who can save it. Jump, dash, and flap your arms to maneuver around perilous obstacles racing against the clock to retrieve your pet friend before it is too late!
Tobu Tobu Girl is a fun and challenging arcade platformer developed by Tangram Games featuring an original soundtrack by potato-tan.
Tobu Tobu Girl Deluxe is a new and enhanced version of the original featuring improved, full-color graphics and is fully compatible with the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Super Game Boy.
Tobu Tobu Girl Deluxe is open source and completely free to download.
How to play
Bounce on enemies to move upwards.

Dash in one of eight directions to move quickly.

Flap your arms to boost upwards. Uses energy.

Dash down into enemies to recharge energy.

Download
In order to play the game, you will need to either flash the game to a Game Boy flash cartridge or use a Game Boy emulator.

The full source code and assets for the game are available on GitHub under a MIT/CC-BY license on Github.

The original soundtrack composed by potato-tan is also available for download on Bandcamp.

I don't see a place on this site for ROMs. Working with this can be as complex as adding this to your Gameboy Color flashcart or simple as running the file with a RetroArch core that supports Gameboy Color. You might want to rename the file extension from ".gb" to ".gbc" if it doesn't work or it reads as a monochrome Gameboy game. I hope that the userbase here finds use out of this and enjoys it all the same.
