This is a special add-on and is specially equipped with some specific groups. When a user clicks on any of the links in the site, they must first confirm that they have read the forum rules.
User can download and view threads / forums / posts if they have accepted that they have read the forum rules. This works for some age-restricted content or posts with sensitive content.

FEATURE:
- Rules are displayed on a separate page.
- Rules can be created on the admin option.
- Options to force the user to accept the rules of the previous forum may be to view the forum or thread, create threads or chats.
- Time out the option before the "Accept" button can be clicked.
- Administrators can choose the affected user group that these permissions will be forced to exercise.
- Allows all users to accept the rules again.
